This is rare. But if none respond within 24 hours, we’ll either refund your fee or rematch you with new lawyers — your call.

If your case is in the tiered lead system (Top 5), you can talk to more than one lawyer. If your case went to an exclusive lawyer, only that one will contact you.

Yes. Your uploads and summaries are visible only to the matched lawyers. Lawiz uses encrypted storage and does not expose your identity publicly.

If a lawyer significantly overquotes, report it to us. We’ll investigate and may block them permanently from Lawiz.

We don’t offer refunds after the AI has processed your case and lawyers are matched. However, if no lawyer engages, we may refund or give credit.

Yes. Criminal cases like bail, FIR quash, or arrest help are supported. Use the ₹150 fast-track option for immediate matching.

Most lawyers offer an initial call or WhatsApp conversation. For ongoing matters, they’ll guide you on next steps — online or in-person.

Just enter the pincode of the case location while submitting your issue — Lawiz will route it to lawyers in that area.

This is against Lawiz policy. When you select a lawyer based on their profile, they are expected to personally handle your case or inform you upfront if a junior associate will assist. If you’re ignored or misled, report it immediately — we’ll investigate and may block the lawyer from the platform. Your trust comes first.

If you haven’t paid the lawyer’s invoice, you can cancel anytime. If you’ve already paid, it’s best to discuss with the lawyer directly. Lawiz cannot intervene in post-selection cancellations.

Click “Register as Lawyer,” complete your KYC, select your pincodes, practice areas, and subscribe to a plan.

You get lead visibility based on your plan: Elite → Slot 1 Pro → Slot 2 Basic → Slot 3 You’ll receive up to 35 leads/month, depending on your plan and location.

You can still bid for slot 4 or 5 on any lead by paying per lead.

Once a client selects you, you raise an invoice via Lawiz. We collect a small commission based on the fee, then you and the client handle the rest offline.

If Lawiz fails to deliver the expected lead quota based on your subscription tier (due to low demand in your selected pincodes), we’ll automatically carry forward the balance leads to the next month. You’ll always get the full value of your plan — no loss, no excuses.

Lawiz does not support automatic lead transfers between lawyers. However, in special cases (e.g., conflict of interest, availability), you can request a one-time transfer by contacting Lawiz support. We’ll verify the reason and reassign the lead only to an eligible, equally ranked lawyer from the same pincode and practice area.

Lawiz’s role ends after the user selects a lawyer and the invoice is raised. We cannot enforce payment or intervene in post-matching disputes. However, we encourage both parties to clearly agree on fees and timelines in writing before work begins.
