Vendor Listing Terms & Agreement

Effective Date: 24 April 2025

1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must be legitimate businesses or individuals offering legal-related or stationery products/services relevant to the legal community.

2. Listing & Visibility

All vendors are displayed based on location, product category, and relevance. Premium listing options may be available for increased visibility.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for vendor listings, promotions, or lead placements must be made through our approved Payment Gateway. No cash transactions are permitted.

4. No Refund Policy

Payments made for listings or featured placements are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Content Responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content and products/services offered under their listing.

6. Platform Liability

Lawiz acts as an aggregator platform only. We do not take responsibility for any transactions, disputes, or service quality provided by listed vendors.

7. Termination

Any vendor found violating the above terms may be removed without notice. Misuse, false information, or user complaints may lead to blacklisting.

• Can I list my stationery store?
  Yes, if your products are useful to legal professionals or students.
• How do I pay for listing?
  We accept online payments only via Razorpay or UPI. No cash allowed.
• Can I promote my legal documentation services?
  Yes, but you must comply with our quality and trust policy.
